How can we help?
Suskewiet is a single-player game, played entirely offline — there's no account to recover and nothing stored on a server. Most questions below are answered on this page; for anything else, use the form at the bottom.
My season progress disappeared
Your season, stick rack and Ear School results are stored only on your device. Progress can be lost if the app is deleted and reinstalled, or if you restored your device from a backup made before you played. Reinstalling from an iCloud or iTunes/Finder backup that includes app data should restore it.
Why does it ask for the camera or my photos?
Only to put a picture on your own teller card in the Club Room. You can skip this entirely and keep the default painted avatar — nothing else in the game needs it.
The sound cuts out or won't come back
Suskewiet pauses all sound whenever it leaves the foreground, by design, and resumes it when you return — this follows Apple's rules for background audio. If a song or the café music stays silent after you come back, check Settings → Sound to confirm it wasn't muted, and check the silent switch / Focus mode on your device.
I turned on the Sunday reminder but never got a notification
Open the Settings app on your device → Suskewiet → Notifications, and confirm notifications are allowed. If you denied the permission the first time, Suskewiet's own Settings screen has a button that jumps straight there.
Does this game use real birds or real contests?
No. Every song, village, bird and character in Suskewiet is invented and generated on your device. It doesn't record, claim to represent, or make any statement about real vinkenzetting clubs, contests or results.
